Alexandria Water Company Chairman Inspects Stations, Cranes, and Customer Service Centers in West Alexandria
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, conducted a field tour that included several stations, cranes, and customer service centers in West Alexandria.
Engineer Ahmed Gaber began his tour by visiting the customer service centers in Wardian, Agamy, Sahel, and October. He inspected the administrative offices, met with a number of employees, and listened to their opinions. He also followed up on citizens' complaints at the centers and recommended that they complete their work quickly and provide services as quickly as possible. He emphasized redoubling efforts to increase collection rates.
During his tour, the company chairman monitored the progress of work at the Mex, Dekheila, Abu Youssef, October, and Abu Talat cranes, directing the need to remove obstacles facing the operation and maintenance teams to ensure continuity of service and prevent any crises.
In his speech, Engineer Ahmed Jaber said, “These field visits come within the framework of our commitment to continuous monitoring of all company work sites, and ensuring the provision of distinguished services to citizens with high quality and efficiency. He also emphasized that serving citizens remains our top priority, and that we always work as a team to achieve citizen satisfaction and meet their needs as quickly as possible.”
